IT WAS RATHER EXPENSIVE I THOUGHT TO REPLACE 2 WINDOWS, HOWEVER BEING AS I COULD NOT DO IT, I HAD LITTLE OR NO CHOICE. THEY ARRANGED TO COME A WEEK AFTER I WENT DOWN TO CONTACT THEM. BOTH MY NEIGHBOR AND I WERE SATISFIED.

AS FAR AS THE PEOPLE GO, THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY INSTALLED IT AS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, BUT THEY DID A SLOPPY JOB ON THE FINISH WORK.
