They did a diagnosis and found that a nearly new battery was defective. We thought it was the alternator but they fixed it for a lot less than the cost of an alternator. Fixed it on a holiday with most places closed or too busy and did it in less than an hour.

The owner of this business was very helpful - I wanted to see about having my daughter-in-law's air conditioning system in her minivan fixed, since she has four small children and the temperatures here can get quite hot. The air conditioner was blowing cool at best, lukewarm most of the time and I was fully prepared for the compressor to be the problem. After troubleshooting the system, Nigel came and told me that there was a leak at the connection to the rear part of the system - they had the part and they could fix it. They replaced the fitting, he brought me the and quot;badand quot; O ring, they recharged the system and test drove the van to make sure all was working. Though I had to wait a bit while they did the work, I was relieved that it wasn't a much bigger problem and I felt like the courteous, timely service was WELL worth the price I paid. The air conditioner continues to chug along now, with no additional problems!

Nigel is very persevering, he has three guys that work for him and they are all the same way they take their time and they do it right. I had a problem with my truck for years, I took my truck to two differently dealerships, I took it to him and he figured it out for me. Nigel has help even teach my son how to work on cars. He is such a nice guy. Everyone in my family goes to him.

Nigel is the owner, and he has been fantastic. He knows his stuff; that's the biggest thing. He knows all about cars and what they need. He will go out of his way to do a service even on luxury cars; I have a BMW and a Jaguar. He is much cheaper than the dealerships, which is great. He does great service. I can use him for anything; that's the great thing about him. He not only does domestic cars, but he also does luxury vehicles. He is very reliable. In his store, he has a pool table, a bunch of games and a TV. So he makes us comfortable as he does the work. It is a very nice business. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
