The service was very well done and Patrick was always communicating updates about my case. He helped me order and pickup the parts and was on top of the situation until my computer was back at my desk. He cleaned it very well. Overall I am very satisfied with his profesionalism, cleanliness, speed, and price. His communications was very prompt, corteous, and it felt as if a friend was helping me with the repairs.

Patrick with Pro Tech did a great job with my HP laptop. I needed to replace the battery and couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Patrick was able to get a replacement and install the new one. I also took the opportunity to have my hard drive upgraded with a much faster SSD. Patrick did both installs and cloned my hard drive to the new one, all in a very timely manner.
