Carpet Installation

He used tape instead of glue and every time we step on the threshold there is a sticky tape noise.  Also, after he had gone we realized he had put a two-gallon container of carpet glue that had a hole in the bottom into our garbage can.  We found glue drips all over our driveway, in the street and our garbage can was full of glue.  To this day we cannot get the glue off our driveway or the street.  We had to put sand down in the garbage can to stop the garbage from sticking to the can.  We called him on several occasions to come and pick up the half-full glue can to take it to a toxic garbage dump.  He never apologized to us for the mess he created or followed through with coming to pick up the can.  Shame on him.
