PULLED OUT OLD CLOSET RODS AND PREPPED AREA FOR INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ORGANIZER. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND MADE SURE THAT IT WAS STURDY BEFORE THEY LEFT.
