I called Murphy's at about six on a Thursday night. Knowing we were approaching the hottest week so far this year with triple digit temperatures, I knew we needed our AC fixed and fast. I anticipated having to wait at least a few days for the repair. He offered to come out FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Our unit had two components that were burnt to a crisp . Mr Murphy had all the replacement parts in the truck and fixed it in about half an hour! He was fair, explained everything and even showed us the bad parts. He charged a very reasonable price. Our house is so nice and cool now. The rest of this week will be in the triple digits, and we will be inside our nice cool house singing the praises of Mr Murphy. We could not be happier! I would highly recommend them.

My air conditioning unit is the original for a Murrieta house built in 1969. Trying to get one more year out of it - I know it can't last forever, but replacing it right now isn't economically feasible. With the temperatures in the 90's I was absolutely sick when it ceased to blow cool air. There are some companies that only want to sell a new unit and replace, not repair, older appliances. Paul was able to come out the next day, recharged and did minor work on the unit and got it cooling again. He was prompt, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely use him again and recommend him HIGHLY!
