+ 2 moreIt went great. Peni offered exceptional quality, is extremely flexible and accomodating, handles changes and new requests without hesitation. He put beautiful concrete caps on our walls, used quality sprinklers, replaced the small square of grass that didn't take (without being asked), did concrete cuts and colors with no extra charge, etc. His work is beautiful, his demeanor can't be beat. It would be a big mistake not to talk to Peni before you start your project. I have NEVER given out a bonus check at the end of the project and we wrote him a big one because he deserved it and we could afford it with his price. I will add pictures of his work in a day or two.
Description of Work: Our 6500 sq ft lot (minus the house footprint) was rehardscaped. New driveway, lots of concrete, walls, plants, stucco, wood fencing, drains, sprinklers, malibu lighting, grass, etc. was added.
