SMALL LOCAL SHOP. PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. HELPED PRESERVED MY FILES SO NONE WERE LOST. ECONOMICAL FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE.

SO FAR THE TEAM HAS BEEN SUPERB. THEY WERE PATIENT AS I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEMS. THEY WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY TO SAVE ANY EXISTING DOCUMENTS, AND EVEN TO THE POINT OF GETTING SPECIFIC FILES THAT I NEEDED TO CONTINUE WORKING. THEY GAVE ME A DISC TO DOWN LOAD INTO MY SECONDARY COMPUTER SO I COULD KEEP WORKING, THEN WENT BACK AND CONCENTRATED ON FINDING THE PROBLEM.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY NICE, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. THEY RESPONDED TO THE QUESTIONS AND TRY TO HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE BEFORE YOU BRING IT IN. THEY DO THAT WITHOUT CHARGING YOU. THAT REALLY HELPED MY WIFE. ONCE WE BROUGHT IT IN, IT WAS EITHER $75 OR $100 BASED ON WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO.
