I want to thank Antonio for the excellent and cost efficient work he provided my parents. Their air condition went out and my mother was initially told (by someone else) it would cost $8K to $12K to replace the entire system (her house was built in 2004). After obtaining a second opinion from Antonio, he informed my mother there was a pint size hole in the evaporator coil that can be fixed for $800. There was no up-selling or misrepresenting what the issue was, just how to resolve it. My parents praised him for his professionalism, honesty and transparency. It has been a few weeks and the air condition has been working great. Thanks Antonio.

I have never had such a pleasant commercial experience. I had been told by another contractor that the only deficiency in my a/c was lack of return air ductwork. That man and numerous others would not undertake that work without selling a complete system [ie HD $35,000] Antonio Webb, the owner, came within 3 hours of my post on Angieslist, reviewed what was needed,and patiently answered my questions. Then he went up into my attic crawl space, took pictures and outlined what would be required. Overnight, he had a formal proposal [$1185} and an assurance he could be available within a week. I had two more phone calls over details and clarifications that he patiently and courteously dealt with. He was on the worksite at the appointed time and he he completed the work in ~6 hours. Clean-up was thorough and the house was spotless. Every aspect of the experience was first rate. As an aside, Antonio is a Marine Corps veteran ["sir]" As a customer you will feel like you are his commanding general ["sir" or "M'am"].

Antonio is such an awesome guy. He really cares and he would help you as much as he could. I hired him to do a second opinion because my AC was broken. He’s the most patient guy I’ve ever met. He explained everything that is wrong with the AC even if he had to repeat explaining things to me since I don’t know much about AC and suggested ways to fix it and how to go about the problem. He’s honest and very easy to talk to. He’s also very polite and very knowledgeable. He won’t tell you that your AC needs to be replaced if he knows it can be repaired. The compressor on my AC needed replacement and the first guy who came out told me my outdoor unit needed to be replaced. Hiring Antonio and talking to him helped me be less stressed with the whole AC problem. Some AC guy or company takes advantage because your AC is broken and it’s summer and it’s HOT and you just want to get your AC fixed fast. The first guy gave me a quote for thousands and thousands to replace the outdoor unit. He values his clients and I’m sure you would be happy too if you hired him. Hire Antonio. He’ll do what he can for you. He’s very good in communicating with you. He is always on time. He follows the schedule he gives you and respects your time and he would give you proper notice when he will arrive. Sometimes vendors have a long window for their ETA and you never know when they’ll show up and sometimes they don’t follow the schedule. Antonio will be there when he says he will be there and he will be there for you and help you fix your problem and give you valuable information and answer all your questions. He goes above and beyond for his clients. If not for Antonio, I’ll be a lot more stressed coz of the issue and it would have been really difficult for me to figure out the solution to my AC problem.

EXCELLENT! I can not be more pleased with a more professional company than Interior Professional. Antonio took the time to explain and provide a detailed invoice of the work to be performed. He said that if I had any questions, to feel free to ask them and that's what I did. I must have emailed him at least 8 times with questions and Antonio took the time to answer each one in a timely manner. He's truly remarkable and loves his job! I contacted no less than 10 companies to get quotes over 3 weeks because some didn't seem like they were interested in doing the job or never made the effort to return my calls. I believe that you should hire Antonio and save yourself the time and hassle trying to get several quotes to compare because he gave me the best deal. He showed up everyday and was very punctual. He's very respectful and says "sir" quite a lot and I joked about how polite he is. He's very careful with making sure that he leaves your house in the same condition as it was and even does the dishes (not really, but it was a joke I made about how good he is). So be sure it give him your business because he truly deserves it! I had a HERS test performed and the tester stated that the airflow needed to be 900 but the new system was 1100. The leak test for the old ducts are supposed to be no more than 15% and the new ducts no more than 5%, I'm happy to say my old ducts were 3%. Antonio made sure that all the duct work was properly sealed so we would past the test with no problems.

Thanks to Antonio, I did not need to replace my entire A/C System! I had hired another A/C repairman from a different company prior to learning about Antonio. The first technician recommended that I replace the entire A/C and Heating system, leading me to believe things were worse off than they really were. After Antonio came out, I learned that I was misled by the first technician. Antonio helped me understand what was going on with the A/C system, allowing me to take control and make an educated decision on whether or not to replace the system. As a senior living alone, it's important to find services based on real needs without inflated quotes. Antonio is the preeminent professional! He took the time to fully understand my needs and did not attempt to sell me on "nice to haves." As a new homeowner I have to trust the hired contractor to provided me with their honest professional opinions, Antonio went above and beyond to explain to me not only the job he was hired but his pricing structure which was more than adequate due to the quality of service. His integrity as a professional became very evident when I was sold on the need for additional attic insulation from a Home Depot sales person, which I was naive enough to trust the Home Depot sales person. Interior Professional is awesome! My AC went out on a hot summer day, and he made room in his schedule to inspect my AC the same day I called. He found that it only needed a couple of really minor adjustments. Really super great price, too! He explained the system and ways that I could improve the efficiency of my cooling system. Antonio is a true professional; reliable and trustworthy. I would use Interior Professionals again!

Since I am involved in the service industry, I am quite aware that most people will take the time to express their negative experience(s) while few will take the time to express their positive experiences. With Interior Professional Heating and Air, my experience was most positive. As a matter of fact, I regret that I cannot give this company and Mr. Webb a grade higher than an "A"! I was hesitant at first to entertain Mr. Webb in wanting to submit a quote for my job since I had not originally selected him and he was not a local business, something that I personally try to support. I am very thankful that I did allow him to give me a quote. His demeanor, willingness to answer may questions and then ask if he had answered my question immediately set him apart from the other businesses that gave me a quote. He also reviewed with me options available to insure I understood I did have options, unlike the other companies. When I informed him Interior Professional Heating and Air was selected to perform my requested work, he followed through with keeping in contact with me including what time he would arrive to perform the furnace replacement. Before the furnace was replaced, he reviewed with me the steps he was going to take to perform the job so I had a complete understanding of what he was going to do and then reviewed with me each of those steps he performed so I understood he did what he said he would do. I also feel that Mr. Webb does not follow closely the credo that "you get what you pay for", he delivered much more than what I did pay for and that in itself is a rarity today! As a matter of fact, three months ago I hired a company to replace the furnace in my parents home and I was highly disappointed; especially when this BIG company could not respond to correct their installation issues concerning air leaks to the point that SDG&E almost turned off the gas to the house had I not stepped in and resolved the issues with a tube of sealer that this company brought forth!!. The work performed by Interior Professional Heating and Air is so superior to the other company that I regret I didn't know about Mr. Webb earlier. Thank you Mr. Webb for not only restoring my faith that there are still people like you in the service industry that truly puts the customer first and does what they say they will do, but also for the exceptional job you performed. I would tell anyone that Mr. Webb and Interior Professional Heating and Air has my highest recommendation. To those that are considering this type of work to be performed, do NOT let only the price influence you as to who will do the job for you! Reputation and integrity means MUCH MORE!!!

The response was fast and IPHA was able to replace our unit in a timely manor. I felt the price was good and what was in need of fixing was explained very well. My replacement unit works great. I also recommend IPHA to service the HVAC before the hot SD summer.

Great. We live aboard Camp Pendleton in a housing area w/no A/C. We have a son w/Special needs who requires A/C and purchased a central A/C unit and had it installed by Antonio 9 yrs ago (when he worked for another company), when we moved into our house. He has since provided maintenance/service to our A/C various times over the 9 yr period, to include now, as the owner of Interior Professional Heating and Air. Because it is our own, personal unit, we are required to maintain/service it ourselves. Antonio is extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I highly recommend him.
