Robert did an excellent job on all the repairs. He arrived on time, knew just what was wrong on all three, and put everything back together again. And, they all work just fine now.
Robert actually saved me a bundle as I thought I would have to buy a new dyer (and a new washer to match it, of course). But, instead my older dryer is working again like a champ. I highly recommend Robert and his appliance service. Alexandra

He ordered parts for oven door, and fixed out eclectic stove top. then out of courtesy he determined the problem with our home heater although he knew it was beyond his expertise to repair. the diagnoses will help us in determining what the a/c repairman should be fixing. He seemed to be very thorough.

Our last repair was of our ice maker. The Tech quickly assessed the problem and made the required repair. Ice was flowing in no time. We'll definitely use again!

He is wonderful! I will call him again. He is really nice guy and knows what he is doing. He is very efficient and I trust him in my home. I've referred him to many people.

Our 10 year old top load washer would not drain or spin. I called late afternoon on Friday and they scheduled an appointment for 8-12 on Monday. Technician arrived around 10am. He was very nice and polite. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and was able to complete the entire repair in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was very pleased with the service call. The technician was wonderful - he explained the problem, left the broken part and cleaned up. I just felt that the labor charge was overpriced at $120 for less than 30 minutes.

The technician responded to my call for assistance promptly diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate of the cost of the repair. He explained the part needed to be ordered and he would call me later that afternoon once the order was placed with the arrival date. The part arrived within a couple of days and the technician returned to replace the malfunctioning part. My washer is now functioning just fine.

No problems and spent time explaining why he thought it broke and how long it should last.

After determining the problem the repairman advised that he could do the repair but it would be a very expensive repair and suggested that I might want to consider a new machine. Doing the repair was not worth the cost so I declined the repair. I then asked if he would take a look at my dishwasher as it has the tendency to clog, at the so called garbage disposal, and burn out the motor. He kindly removed the necessary parts, cleaned out the food grinder and let me know that the motor looked fine. When he was finished, he informed me that the cost was just the service call fee of $50. I was very pleased with the quality and honesty of the service. I will definitely use this company again.

They were great! The price was very reasonable. He was very honest. He probably could have charged us a lot more than he did. I talked to him over the phone, but the tenants said he was extremely nice and punctual.

IT WAS AWESOME. HE WAS VERY CORDIAL. HE CAME IN AND GOT IT DONE AND EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED AND THEN LEFT. WHENEVER I CALLED HIM, HE RETURNED MY CALLS WITHIN AN HOUR.

MY WIFE RAVED ABOUT THEM. SHE SAID NOTHING ABOUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE WORK AND HIS ATTITUDE. HE GAVE SOME LOW COST SPARE PARTS. WE TRIED TO GO TO BACK TO THEM AGAIN BUT COULDN'T GET IT DONE IN TIME. THEY ARE VERY POPULAR. WE ARE AT THE TOP OF THEIR LIST IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG AGAIN.
