MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS FANTASTIC. I WAS INITIALLY PRESENTED WITH THREE DIFFERENT SCENARIOS THAT I COULD CHOOSE FROM IN PLACING MY RESIDENCE ON THE MARKET. I FIRST CHOSE TO TRY TO SELL THE HOME ON MY OWN, HOLDING MY OWN OPEN HOUSES, ETC. LATER, I HAD THEM LIST MY HOME IN THE MLS AND THE HOME SOLD WITHIN WEEKS. MY AGENT WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HARDWORKING AND A TRUE GENTLEMAN. HE WAS HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY AND I BELIEVE HE PUT MY FAMILY'S BEST INTEREST FIRST.
