He came out the same day that I called him.  It only took him 5 minutes to give me an estimate.  He was very professional and polite.  He showed up on time and was dressed nice.  He started the job August 12th.  He did not work on the weekends which I thought was odd but he said he uses that time to spend with his family.  We worked it out that he could come Friday, Saturday and Monday to get the job done as quickly as possible.  He had to leave the job on Monday to do some personal errands, I thought he would only be gone for an hour or so, he ended up coming back 5 hours later. I just wish he would've called me to let me know when he would be back. The job wasn't finished until 9pm, which was later than expected. He left a worker alone at my house that I had just met that day which also made me feel a bit uneasy.  His car was leaking oil heavily in my driveway which I warned him about because I'm allergic to the chemicals. I asked him to put something under his car, but he didn't. I had to pay someone else to clean the oil up. There was also oil on the street in front of my house from his car.  It was just the small things that caught my eye.  He did a great job on the service he provided. He did all of the work that I asked him to do.

I probably wouldn’t use them again.  They didn’t do a great job.  Their price was okay.  They were very responsive and punctual.    

He was able to schedule us quickly and arrived on time. It took him the good part of a day to install the new lighting and he returned the next morning to install the patio shade sail. He was very professional, worked hard and was diligent in his work. He ended up charging us less than his original quote since the job took him less time than he had anticipated. I would definitely recommend Michael to anyone needing home improvements or repairs. He did god work at an honest price and is very easy to do business with.

We chose Michael Heine because not only was his the lowest of four bids, but he convinced us that he and his workmen were careful, conscientious, and experienced. They are. When we were all surprised by the soil conditions, he went diligently to find the most affordable solution. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and was always easy to reach with questions, etc. The deck is lovely. These are fine skilled people to work with.
