Home Warranty
OVERALL WE'VE HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE GREYSTONE CORPORATION. PROBLEMS THAT HAD OCCURRED WITHIN OUR FIRST YEAR AND AFTER WERE TAKEN CARE OF BY GREYSTONE, INCLUDING REPAIRING A BOWED WALL, A LEAK IN THE CEILING, REPLACING ALL THE HINGES ON OUR MAPLE CABINETS, A LEAK IN THE BATHROOM. WHAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES THEY HIRED OUT CONTRACTORS TO REPAIR. MY ONLY DISSATISFACTION IS THAT OUR FRONT YARD SPRINKLER TOOK MANY MONTHS TO REPAIR, WHICH KILLED OUR SOD, AND THAT HAS NOT YET BEEN ADDRESSED.
