During the cleaning, we noticed a spray on our appliances, we contacted them several times and it took him 3 weeks before he sent someone. The person came and looked at our appliances, he said it could not be fixed. He called the manufacturer and he validated that the corrosion could not be fixed. He finally gave us his insurance information. We called the insurance and filed a claim, but the claim was denied because insurance does not cover the over spray. We wanted him to replaced all the appliances but we agreed to a settlement at 50% which he has not honored. We left multiple messages and he doesn't answer or call us back. But when I use a different phone to call him iit's when he picks up the phone. This is very disturbing.

THE SERVICES THAT WERE PERFORMED WERE EXCELLENT. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GREAT JOB. IN THE PAST WHEN I HAD MY CARPETS CLEANED THE CARPET DIDN'T LOOK GOOD AFTER 2 WEEKS. WHEN FLETCHERS DID MY CARPET IT LOOKED GREAT FOR A LONG TIME. FLETCHERS CARPET SERVICE TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUT COME OF THIS SERVICE. MY CARPETS ARE A WHITE BERBER. BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF HIGH TRAFFIC, MY CARPETS WERE VERY DIRTY. THE END RESULT WAS AMAZING, ALL THE DIRTY SPOT WERE CLEANED UP AND THE DRYING TIME WAS A SPEEDY.
