He charged us for an expensive part saying that would fix the problem; but it didn't. He came back once & said he would find out more about it & would fix it; we never heard from again...

He didn't come out until I called him, and he said that his messages must have gotten lost. But anyway, he did perform the work, the garage door maintenace. I also used him to replace some pieces for the garage door and to replace the garage door operator. So I did use him for more work. He was professional and did a good job and did the work that I asked him to do. There was just some, his messaging system maybe messed him up. The delayed response was a problem, but that is the only problem I had with him. I would recommend him.

Matt came out, was very friendly, and taught me a lot about the mechanics of the garage door. He performed the tune up, explained what needed to be done and why. He had some suggestions for improving/upgrading the garage door (Spring is starting to weaken), but in no way was trying to pressure me into committing to anything. Right now was not the time for the upgrade, but I would definitely go back to Dynamic Garage Door when it's time to improve the door.
All in all, great experience. I recommend these guys. My door is functioning correctly and no longer obnoxiously loud.

It went very well. Matt had previously put in a new garage door opener and a new door for me in 2014. All installations were done on time and the new opener and door are working great. Matt provides great customer service!

Excellent experience. Showed up, quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it in just a couple of minutes. Also showed me how to adjust the sensors and lubricated the joints/wheels.

It went very well, Matt suggested a very cost effective fix for my immediate problem and fixed it quickly. Matt is an exceptional professional and gave me some advice on the dents on my door without trying to upsell the project. I will definitely hire them in the future.

Great. Door was fixed and it fully operational and you can barely tell the door was damaged. Matt put the door back on track, made a few repairs and bent it back into shape to the point where it is barely noticeable.

Arrived the same day called and early for the appointed time. No parts were needed and the technician simply had to place the steel cable which assist the spring in opening the double garage door. No apparent reason why the cable came off so there was not a and quot;repairand quot; in the true sense. Very professional and explained the adjustments and price thoroughly and clearly.
