Dryer Vent Wizard of Murrieta

Arrived a few mins. early. My dryer wasn't working and this was a suggestion from B&B Appliance. I have never had my vents cleaned and didn't think it mattered that much. I cleaned what I could see and it didn't seem like much. Steve found my vent was on my 2nd story roof-- not where I thought it was. He came down with an arm full of lint! Only what he could reach with his hand. He airflow and heat measurements-- showed them to me and then cleaned the vent. About an hour of cleaning. I also purchased a $29 lifetime guarantee and maintenance program, this includes free annual inspections and discounted cleaning. He said in about 4 years I would need to clean again, but they will call and remind me of the free annual inspection. Cleaning the vent cost was $178 plus $39 for the diagnostic inspection. Now my dryer works better then ever. It use to stop mid cycle and take forever to dry a load. Works better and faster than it did when it was new!! Highly trusted company.
