Took four total days after the A-OK by HOA. Dave Meyers provided the best, most complete estimate of the three companies chosen form Angie's List. While it was not the cheapest, Dave knew his business, the Sherwin Williams paint quality when compared to other brands offered by other companies, and answered all questions we had for him. Oscar headed up the crew at my house and went from a power-wash on the first day to the final touches on the fourth. All were seasoned professionals and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in the Inland Empire who needs painting done.

We hired CertaPro to paint our kitchen cabinets. We were hesitant because we have seen the results of other paint contractors that were uneven, rough, and less than ideal. This was not the case with CertaPro. Our cabinets are very close to a factory finish. In fact, we were so pleased with the result that we had them paint our stair bannisters etc… Our only regret is not having done this years before. The experience was very pleasant and they did their best to minimize our inconvenience. Oscar was the lead on our project and he should be proud of the final results! They honored their estimate (even after slight miscommunication) which was important to us. We would hire them again for future projects without hesitation.

We worked together to do only the portions of painting to get the house market ready which helped with the budget. They recommended updated colors that would help modernize the house and make it more attractive. Job was done well and I couldn't find a single exterior plant out of place or any excess paint landing somewhere it shouldn't have been. They took great care do a good job and were very communicative throughout the process.

They were very professional. They were here on time and got things done efficiently. All furniture was covered and moved. We are extremely happy with how beautiful our home looks.

It went very well.  They did exactly what was agreed would be done to complete the project.  They were on time and left the outside area very clean.  They also touched up my front door that had a major scratch at no extra charge.  I did had the paint for the front door.

I needed to delay the project twice, but they were very understanding. Valerie, the office manager, was extremely helpful with any and all questions/concerns.

The crew was professional and courteous. The work was completed on-time and for the contracted price; however, within a week I began noticing small areas they missed - a vent cover, door jams, areas near ceiling. Attention to detail not perfect.. They left paint though.

The service was good. I would tell a friend about them. They did a great job. I have no complaints. They were fast but thorough; that was good. The only thing was that they got some paint on one of my door handles. It did take them a while to give me a receipt.

David responded to my e-mail right away.  He came a couple of days later and helped me decide what areas on the house needed some touch up besides the fencing that was being done.  He e-mailed a quote within a couple of days. 
Vicky in the office was very helpful in letting me know when they could come out and what the painters names were as
well as what time they would be arriving.
Patrick and Pablo arrived when expected.  They did prep work on the fencing, filling cracks in the stucco.  They covered areas
where they were working to prevent other areas from getting sprayed.  Patrick painted some trim in the front of the house
as well as an area of the stucco that had gotten stained.  Patrick and Pablo were very courteous and did a great job.  When they were finished everything was cleaned up and  everything they did looked so nice that I was really glad I found CertaPro on
Angie's List.

Overall the house looks good now, but I had to call them back to redo wall repaire and more than one place they didn't do well,and places on my walls they missed and you could see the old paint  and wall repaire they missed the 1st time around . They left lots of tape on my floors and luckly the paint they left on my tile in 2 places, kitchen and enter way, luckly I was able to clean it off, but fell they should have done it. The men working hear where kind and nice so I hate to have to say this, but will not use this company again, Also I never got any signed paper work, only a e-mail with bid with paid typed on it, I told them I didn't have a printer. No one was unkind, but felt everything could have been done better!

They are excellent. Everything went very good. The gentleman that owns the business is there and sets everything up. He comes out and he goes over what you need done. He has an excellent staff of people to complete the work. They get it done quickly and do an excellent job.

I thought this guy was really good. I got a discount through Angie's list and I thought they were very thorough. They were very good. They were easy to work with.

I like that they were professional and they kept in contact.   If there was any concern, they brought it to my attention and we worked through it.  The quality of work was very good.

We had hired another painting contractor referred by an acquaintance. Communication leading up to the job was horrible and the job kept getting delayed for various reasons. Frustrated, we found CertaPro Painters on Angie's List. Dave's crew came highly rated. I contacted Dave and he quickly came out to look at the job. After meeting him, I knew this was our crew to get a professional job done. CertaPro's communication was excellent and the team did an outstanding job. They were polite and professional. Several times during the course of work we were asked if we had any concerns, which we really appreciated. Areas were properly masked off and covered to prevent over-spray. We were impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work. The job was completed in a timely manner and we absolutely love the look of our "new" home! Thanks for a job well done.
