We contacted Breeze Pool Service by e-mail after hours last evening with the service issue on our pool heater.  In an e-mail response early this morning, the service call was scheduled and at 7:30 AM the malfunction in the heaters was being diagnosed and the replacement component was installed and tested with the full service completed by 8:00AM.  We have used Breeze Pool Service for fifteen years and every experience has been positive and professional.

What I like the best about them is that they will answer any question that you have about maintenance. They are very patient to explain things. They are not very flexible.

I have been having problems with low pool suction...had called in several pool service companies, including Leslie's, who would generally sell me a part to 'fix the problem'. Problems persisted until I found Paul at Breeze. He told me the call would be $85. I had a timing problem shortly after his 10AM-12PM scheduled arrival...he showed up at 9:00. It took him all of 5 minutes to discover a clog in the line under the pump trap. Then the icing on the cake, he only charged $70. Very happy with service.

Paul with Breeze Pool Services was able to perform all the services I requested in a timely manner. He explained to me exactly what they would do, how the would do it, and when they would do it by. Paul was very professional and I will use his services again. Breeze Pool Services exceeded my expectations.

He told me that either he can use some chemicals and get it back to normal or I could do it myself and he told me how to do it. I decided to do it myself. He is extremely honest; he will tell me if I want to do it myself or if I want him to do it. He will come out right away. He is always on time or early. He is the only guy I will call.

We moved into a home that was a foreclosure the was not horrible but during our home inspection the home inspector could not get the pool pumps and filter to work. So thinking we must have some major problems with the pool we called Paul. He was supposed to be going on vacation however he still showed up to help us with our pool. When we talked to him on the phone he said he would trouble shoot it for $85 and if it needed more he would let us know what the price was from there. He came to the house and he went through the systems and found nothing really wrong with the pool he showed my husband how to work it and told him a little about the pool. He took $80 for his time since we paid cash! Thank you Paul we WILL be calling you again and we are ENJOYING our pool!!

Paul did the job fast, he was on time, and cleaned up after he finished.

This company came in on time, went above and beyond and charged less. I was very happy with them.

I think he's doing an excellent job, as far as I know. I check with my mother about once a week. He has the pool cleaned up. I don't know what other service he's providing. He has been conservative with his repairs. He seems to be doing a good job. His prices are reasonable. I think the quality of his work is very adequate. He has been very responsive. His punctuality is good. He has also been very professional.

We went through several pool companies before we found Breeze and none of them were as consistent, reliable and as good at what they do. We have worked with the same person, which has been very nice because he knows our pool, filtration system and motor because pools are very temperamental. We trust them so much that we had them resurface our pool and we very much like him. He has been really great. We went through quite a few people and he is always on time and good at what he does. Other people that he has work for him have been equally good and equally professional. We had the pool completely resurfaced in a matter of days and they didn't leave any mess. We didn't have him do such a big job until we had several experiences with him doing smaller jobs. His prices are fair. He does quality work and I have referred him to friends and colleagues.

We have tried many other services. He shows up on time, and is very professional. He responds quickly, which is important. He has a good knowledge of pools. Mine is about 10 to 15 years old. We bought the house, and had no instructions for it. He set up the controls for us. He is worth the price. Price includes his $90 cost for coming out.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. WE HAD DIFFICULTY DUPLICATING THE PROBLEM WHILE THE TECHNICIAN WAS THERE. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND CAME OUT 4 TIMES UNTIL THEY COULD SEE THE PROBLEM AND DIAGNOSE IT. THEY FIXED THE HEATER THAT DAY.
