My experience has been excellent. I have been using them for 11 years. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very reasonable and dependable.

I phoned late morning on a weekday to get help with my clogged drain. The plumber offered to arrive within a 90 minute window in the early afternoon that same day. He arrived right in the middle of that window of time, and assessed from my description that it would be an easy job. He brought in his own self-powered tools and suctioned the excess water, removed the drain trap below the clog, cleaned out the clog, and restored the trap, but after testing this, it was still clogged, so he repeated the process, and the second time was successful in clearing the clog. He cleaned up the work area afterwards. Total time was about 20 minutes. The plumber was courteous and his work was professional, and the price was about what I would have expected (i.e., not really a "bargain" price, but a reasonable one).

I AM A PRICE MOTIVATED SHOPPER, SO I STARTED BY GETTING ABOUT 10 PHONE ESTIMATES FOR HAVING THE BATHTUB DRAIN CLEARED. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR PRICE, WHICH BEAT ALL OF THE OTHERS, AND THEY COULD COME OUT ASAP. WHEN THE PLUMBER, JOHN, CAME, HE CLEARED THE TUB QUICKLY AND I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE SINK FIXTURE AS WELL. HE FIXED THE SINK FOR ME AS WELL AND WAS FINISHED IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES TOTAL WITH BOTH PROBLEMS.

WE HAD FOUR PLUMBING COMPANIES COME OUT AND NOBODY COULD FIND THE PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS WONDERFUL BECAUSE THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT.
