Most of the work was fine but one outlet is not working and I cannot get them out to check why. update: He contacted me and is going to check the work that I need done
Description of Work: I tried to use an outdoor outlet they put in at Christmas but it did not work. I called them in March (earliest I could have someone out) twice stating the outlet was not working and asking them to come and check it. I then sent an email two days ago and still no response from them. so I have an outdoor outlet not working and I will have to try and find another electrician. I had also stated I was interested in them putting in a garage light but since there has been absolutely no response, I will try and find someone else.

The outlet was a GFCI that was tripped due water getting on the Christmas lights. As for contacting us, she sent us emails that were directed to the spam folder. We did not know about this problem until she posted on this site. Once that was known we fixed the problem at no charge. As for the original price, she agreed to the amount before the work was started and the price did not change. As for quality, she must have liked our work because she was going to have us put in a garage light. As for the other three grades she is basing them off he previous comment. There are always two sides to every story. We have been in business for over 18 yrs and we are still here and many very happy customers. Michael Peri Owner
