THEY JUST DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WE JUST CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND DO THE FREE RE-SEAL.
