It went very well. I paid additional $45. They really did a good job as my carpets were in a horrible horrible shape. I didn't have unreasonable expectations because I had a puppy so my expectations were very reasonable, but they exceeded them. They moved furniture that lot of companies wouldn't have moved and I didn't have to have them come out again and that has been my experience sometimes with other company and they did a good job. They were very clean. I would definitely use them again.
