I called because of a dead battery. The technician said I needed a tire rotation, which I regretfully agreed to and paid for. The mechanic did not put the tires on properly and now the car shakes/shimmies. I have called to ask them to come fix this and they want $80 to come look at the car again. The customer service also told me that I needed to go to shop and get a wheel alignment because they don't provide that. But the mechanic did not tell BEFORE messing with my tires that I would need additional services they don't provide or I would not agreed to the service. Their customer service is a joke, they just keep saying "it's our policy". My new "policy" is to stay away from these car quacks and to warn others to save the headache and avoid them too.

It's an at-home mechanic shop and they come to you. Originally, I just did the service on one car, and I knew I had to have the second car serviced. The more I thought about it, I realized that if you find something good, stick with it. It was uber convenient. It took about 90 minutes and the workers were excellent. In fact, he ended up not doing something that I thought needed to be done. He said, "I'd be glad to do it, but you would be wasting your money".

It still doesn't start and the mechanic promised to show up on three different occasions but didn't.  The first two, I had to call him to reschedule. The third no-show I didn't bother to call.   But now I'm stuck with a truck that doesn't start and no one to help.  I thought this concept of an auto house call would be good, but it's turned into a disaster.

I’ve been using them now for a couple of months. I’ve had a couple of different mechanics. They’ve all been extremely responsive and very professional. They worked through parts and what we needed. It was a really good service.

They did a good job.  I would use them again.  It took about 3 hours.  He worked on my husband’s car before, and he did a good job. He was neat and polite.
