I had never been in VIDEO ONLY. I was helped by "Josiah". He was extremely knowledgeable and informative on all the TV's I was looking at. He did not rush me but answered all my questions and advised me on certain models and makes. This is the best experience I have ever had when buying a TV. I highly recommend Josiah! I absolutely love the TV that I chose with his expert help and would recommend him and VIDEO ONLY to anyone looking for a new TV!!!
