THE RUG EXPERT

Rande showed up on time, efficiently set up his equipment and was done in about an hour. The carpets were dirty from pets and walking on them with shoes on.
He set up a powerful floor fan to dry the carpet in the living room before he left and also gave us shoe/feet covers to wear so we could walk on the damp carpet. Even before the carpets fully dried, they were noticeably brighter!
I am very happy with the outcome of the carpets and will call on Rande again in the future.

I'm very pleased with his work. The room looks great...you can't tell that the carpet had been pulled up, and the wires are very unobtrusive. I would definitely use Randy's services again, and highly recommend him.

I have a light colored rug in my family room which is where we spend all of our time. My husband is a tea drinker so the rug has little tea spots. Rande from The Rug Expert Company cleans it up for me. He cleans the chair and the vanity store for me. He does excellent work. He is very professional. He comes in, he does his job and he goes. He is on time. He not only is professional but he goes the extra mile. If the carpet is still wet from the cleaning, he informs us and eaves little notes to remind us not to step on it because one might slide and hurt something. His price is better than any that I have ever had. I have a big house and most of it carpeted. He charges us $150 for the whole house. He does a very thorough job. I would use his services again in the future.

The Rug Expert cleaned the carpets in 3 rooms, plus located and removed cat urine in several places. When the job was completed, my house smelled fresh and clean for the first time in a few years. It took the carpets only 24 hours to dry completely. The stains have not resurfaced, nor has the smell returned!

He has done work for us both in our own residence in an apartment complex and also in a commercial office building. He has done excellent work. He is very responsible and helpful.

Everything went very well. I had intended to get the spots dyed to match but at the time of the estimate I was advised that patching the carpet would provide a better result. The work was performed right then and there, and the results were great. It is very difficult to see where the repair took place.

Rande was initially called to take care of our stained and dirty carpeting, and did such a wonderful job there, I asked him to clean the sofa and reclining chair in the living room, and a sofa in the family room. Rande looked the sofas and chair over thoroughly, and provided an estimate. I asked if I needed to make a separate appointment, and was pleasantly surprised when he said he could take care of them right then on the spot. Rande took care of this job with just as much care as he did with the carpeting, and left them in as good a shape as the carpeting as well, which is to say they looked brand new. I am very pleased with his work. Personally, I believe he calls he business The Rug Expert because The Rug, Carpet, Sofa, Couch, Chair, and Ottoman Expert would take up too much space on a business card.

They had to move out all of the furniture before they could begin. They were always on time and were every professional. I would recommend them.

Overall it went way better than I had anticipated. He worked with my need to have the job done that day, and I doubt if he made much on it. I paid $75 and was very pleased with the results. Would use him again. His actual specialty is rug and carpet cleaning, and he has three professional certifications in that area. I didn't need any cleaning done, but would certainly use him for that if needed. He does some "expert witness" work related to insurance claims also. This is a very small company! Just him. FYI, his business card lists ten related specialties: oriental rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, carpet repair, color repair, commercial carpet, odor control, smoke damage repair, carpet inspection, water damage repair.

We were going to replace/repair the carpet, had him originally come to see if he could move the carpet and hide the soiled area. He suggested that he could clean it. He did clean it and I am very, very happy with the results. It has remained clean even after the work was performed.
