The Hott Touch

Michele has cleaned my house for 15 years. Like me,many of her clients are long term because she can see dirt or disorganization and she fixes it ( if you want her to- She does not organize with out checking that we want it done.) She is fanatical about doing a good job. She cleans my house as if it was hers. She does almost every cleaning job in the house you can think of. She doesn't deep clean household carpets- but I can't think of anything else she hasn't done for me. She is extremely reliable. She housesits and dog sits when I go on vacation. When I come back the upolstry is clean, the refrigerator is done and all the periodic jobs are done One time while I was gone, our dog got very sick. She looked at medicine the dog took, figured out who the vet was, took the dog to the vet and cared for the dog until we got back. She kept us updated by calling us to tell us what was going on. She made it possible for us to continue the vacation because of her extra care. At other times when I get desparate about my lack of organization she works with me to organize closets, cupboards, bookcases etc. She charges unbelievedly low rates for this. Actually her clients generally give her raises because she rarely ( never in my case) raises her rates. The complete date is the last date before this report. Michele continues to clean my house.
