Hardwood Flooring Service
OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FRUSTRATING. WE WERE INITIALLY TOLD THAT THE FLOORING WOULD ARRIVE IN ABOUT A WEEK, BUT IT TOOK A MONTH. ALSO, WHENEVER WE CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE ON THE DELIVERY, WE FELT AS IF WE WERE GETTING THE RUNAROUND. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY EITHER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON, OR WERE NOT TELLING US THE TRUTH. WE COULD'VE ORDERED THE PRODUCT ONLINE, HAD IT DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE IN HALF THE TIME AT A LOWER PRICE. WHILE THE SALESMAN WAS APOLOGETIC, NOT ONCE DID HE OR ANY OTHER PERSON SEEM TO BE PROVIDING US WITH A TRUTHFUL ACCOUNT OF THE WHEREABOUTS OF OUR FLOORING.
