Description of Work: This visit was just to buy a Tempur-Pedic pillow. Even though it was almost closing time and I wasn't looking to buy a mattress I was treated with the same courtesy as any other customer. I have bought a couple mattresses from Sleep Train and I have always been happy with their customer service.

Description of Work: We wanted a new mattress and I did a tone of research. I wanted something very firm. The store is close by and sales folks were great - didn't push me to the expensive stuff, let me try things all I wanted. Sent the wife over and they treated her great. I went back next Sunday AM and made my decision - made a good deal on price (so I thought). And funny they had it installed that very night - 7 hours later. I had a very good experience and very happy with recommended product. No high pressure sales here - very much the opposite

 + -1 moreWe spent $262.19 for the mattress. We had a recommendation from friends at Special Olympics for them. They said that they deal very well and my son was buying a mattress for himself and he went in on a week day morning and it was quiet. He had all the time to select the mattress and he got what he wanted. The first girl did a very good job and the price was satisfactory. The quality is appropriate for what he paid for the kind of mattress he decided to pick and the staff at the store was helpful.
Description of Work: We purchased a mattress from Sleep Train in the middle of March.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I visited the store on a weekday when it was less crowded. The sales person spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences between all the different mattresses. With his help, we were able to narrow our selection down to a handful of mattresses. Then we (my husband and I) laid down on each mattress for 20 minutes in order to pick the one that felt right to us. Once purchased, we were able to schedule the delivery to coincide with the delivery of our new bedroom set. They also hauled the old mattress away.
Description of Work: Purchased a Beautyrest mattress and box spring. They delivered the set, set it up, and hauled away our old mattress.
