Quik Smog

I was surprised, but this place is really great! They were somewhat fast, very reasonably priced, and were a great resource to me when I had questions regarding reporting the results to the DMV. I would definitely go back here if I have another car that needs smog testing - a great experience.

They are fast, has done the work in half an hour with reasonable price.
They also have a coupon on yelp, just checkin on Yelp and they will just honor it. Cool!

It was great being able to go in without an appointment, there was no wait time and everyone was so curteous. The process was very quick I was in and out in no more than 20 minutes. Awesome!

The proprietor was working on a car already. When he was finished, he took ours right away. I took about 20 minutes total.

Found these guys on Angie's list after calling a bunch of other places randomly provided by DMV website and from coupons in those mailers y'all received addressed to RESIDENT. Quick Smog price including certificate was $10 to $30 less than any other place. I got in immediately, without an appointment. Took less than 2 minutes to fill out paperwork, then Johnny started the test, which took exactly 10 minutes. I paid cash because they are a small business, but they accept checks and credit/debit as well. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No communication problems. Armando, the owner, is very personable. Johnnie is businesslike, no friendly bells and whistles. I wasn't looking for a long-term relationship so I didn't care in the least. Highly recommended.

Good experience for a fair price.

I had called ahead a couple days prior to taking my car (after finding this test only station on Angie's List) in order ask about pricing and whether they send the smog certificate electronically to the DMV. Was told it would cost $50 (which is also the price listed by a member of Angie's List) and yes, they submit electronically. When I got there a couple days later, the tech quoted something like $59, saying that I needed a coupon for that discount price. When I explained that I had called ahead and had been quoted $50, the tech honored the price.

Very prompt and business-like job. Was willing to negotiate the cost.
