"It's unfortunate that the client describes me as difficult because I did everything possible to work within the scope of their budget and created a detailed contract which they signed. However, after signing the contract, client kept adding additional work and materials which were not included in the agreed upon contract. When I indicated that additional work and materials would incur an added charge, client became hostile. Not sure why the client questions my knowledge of irrigation systems as I have years of experience successfully installing irrigation and drip systems as well as a landscape contractor's license. It evident to me that these clients would not be satisfied no matter how hard I tried to accommodate them."
