+ -1 morePAYPAL CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE SUGGESTED THAT I SUBMIT AN ORDER DISPUTE FORM, EXPLAINING THAT IF THE DISTRIBUTOR RECEIVED ENOUGH OF THESE THEY MIGHT BE WILLING TO TAKE NOTICE.
Description of Work: ORDERED A MUSIC CD ON APRIL 22, 02. RECEIVED CREDIT CARD STATEMENT 5/31/02 WITH PRODUCT CHARGE BUT HAD NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT. ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT DISTRIBUTOR BUT INTERNET SITE LINK WAS REMOVED. PAYPAL REFUSED TO HELP RECOVER CHARGE BECAUSE 30 DAYS HAD PASSED, EVEN THOUGH I HAD JUST RECEIVED THE STATEMENT AND HAD NO OTHER INFO TO CONTACT THEIR PROVIDER.
