Moving
Showed up very late, did not advise me they were going to be late. Charged exorbitant price ($76) for using minor items: 3 rolls of tape and 1 cardboard box. After unloading, refused to let me check the supposedly empty truck for items possibly left behind. I subsequently discovered that a case of expensive wine was inexplicably and mysteriously missing (!?). Wonder why. I called company to check on it, but they said it hadn't been turned in. Though company provided a claim form, which I filled out and returned, company refused to respond to my claim (for missing case of wine) despite repeated requests, which they ignored. Never heard from company again.
