Very easy to work with scheduler, lots of communication before and day of call, technician Alex checked everything out and gave me a guided tour of current condition (good) and items to watch for. He managed to get into the attic (no easy task) and a crawl space to make sure that all ductwork was in order. Their standard charge was $140 for the furnace part, and he added a small amount for his time spent on the ductwork. All reasonable. I'll ask them back to do the same on the air conditioning this spring.

Mr. Montero came out on short notice to evaluate and assess the work that needed to be done. He ordered the part and had it installed, up and running within 4 working days. Given that it was a commercial medical building, his responsiveness was outstanding and my tenants were happy campers. I will enthusiastically refer to him in the future.

Claudio arrived on time. He covered his shoes with booties to protect our floor. He found the problem, fixed it and then did a double check of our furnace to make sure it was running smoothly. He was courteous, prompt, efficient and personable.

He was on time was done in a little over an hour and really did more than he planned. He was very thorough and I am confident I will have a nice warm winter. He was respectful of both me and my home and my Beagle. He even had biscuits in his truck. Wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend Monteros Heating and Air.
