They were friendly. I wasn't really thrilled with the quality of their housecleaning. I didn't notice a lot of things until after they were gone. I would not use them again in the future.

They didn’t do an exceptional or a poor job but they were okay. They showed up and did what they were supposed to do. They were reasonably priced and did an okay job. They were really close to doing a good job but they were not failures; it’s just that they didn’t take that extra step.

We've been using them for about two years.  They come out every other week and are very punctual.  They are pretty popular.  They do a very good job cleaning the things that we have contracted them to clean.  They also clean it consistently each time.  The team usually consists of three people, and out of that one is the same woman.  I think she's a more senior cleaner.  She really ensures consistency in terms of how they clean.  Everything they do is always consistently done.  They are also honest.  They know how to clean my granite and wood floors.

It took them a couple of visits to get all the things that we agreed with the estimator (different person then the cleaning crew) such as missing dust on the baseboards, top of cabinets, top of the fridge and is still a bit rough at sometimes but overall satisfactory.

Not the best service if you need to make sure you're home or need to let housecleaners in... But for the most part, they did a good job. They were receptive and attentive to our specific needs (no extra fee for cleaning dog hair, and they made the bed just the way we wanted it)- but it took some effort. We felt like we had to tell both the cleaning staff and the administrative staff of our local office to make sure the right information was communicated. As stated above, we also prefer to be home and let the cleaners in over concern of our valuables. We also were a little difficult because we had last minute changes that needed to be made- as long as you postpone or cancel service before 7am the day of, they will not charge any cancellation fees. All of the people there are friendly- and they will oblige you as best they can.

They are very thorough and they are fair. The only drawback is that the house smelled of some chemicals when they were finished, but they did a good job.

The move-out cleaning in the apartment was $175 and the carpet cleaning was $120. The price for the move-in cleaning in the condo was $145. Their responsiveness was outstanding! Before the job, they have a person that comes out to give a price quote. The people who came out for the price quotes were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable with them. I met all the people that came to both places. They were all very sweet and hard workers. There were no communication problems at all. On one of the jobs, I was not actually there when they completed and they left a thank you note wishing me a nice day. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Within about 1 1/2 hours time, they would do a good job cleaning the bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen and living area. As part of the cleaning, they would vacuum the couches and recliners, clean the microwave and under the burners on the stove. They hand wiped the kitchen and bathroom floors. They also were cautious about the special lining we have in our shower/tub and followed our instructions to not use harsh cleansers or scrub hard on the shower/tub surface. The team of house cleaners periodically changed which was a downside.

GENERALLY VERY GOOD, SOMETIMES HAVE TO BE SPECIFIC ABOUT CLEANING IN CERTAIN AREAS OF HOUSE.
