"Hi [Member Name Removed], We are very sorry to hear that you’re not satisfy with our service. We can’t understand why are you upset when the two movers were working at all time. Thank you for Your feed back is very important to us. To better our service. But Please understand that you just hired two movers and we had three location to go to. You moved from a town house thats three story house no elevator they had a long distance walk to the truck. Please keep all these factors in mind. The movers never stopped working during the whole move. We apologize that the time didn’t stay within the time you thought. We can’t rush the movers for an accident to happen. If one of your furniture would of got damage during the move you would of been upset. They also work in a good paste they are NOT WONDERING around or taking there sweet time. We have to have sure everything is wrapped and well taken care during the whole entire move. I called you right away when one of my Movers mention to me that you were a little upset about the time they took to see what we can do for you. This is not the company that just throws everything in a truck and doesn’t care about our clients furniture. We never sure you that the move was going to stay within 3- 4 hrs when you had plenty of work for them. We have a minimum of three hours if you didn’t want to pay more then the three hours you would of stopped them at anytime. And we believe you didn’t because you had work for them to get done. We also offer different options for quotes. We offer a firm price that will not exceed and you decide to go with the hourly rate.
