She is just an excellent housekeeper and a very flexible one. I have a chronic illness and on occasion have to change dates and she's always willing and easy to reach. In addition, she has done gardening work for me (cutting jasmine and morning glory vines); she helped me assemble boxed furniture parts; and has helped me organize my clothes. In addition, I have a little dog. He is fascinated by Josefina and she is heartily amused by him. No problem there. The $40.00 is for approximately two hours of work. You just can't go wrong with Josefina. If you need a daily worker, I believe she is available (she works for me in the evenings) and she will do anything you want with a smile on her face.
