+ -1 moreHenry is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about local building codes. Has done many jobs in Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park & Mountain View. Henry's plans were so well done, we passed the City of Mountain View review & received our building permit with no red lines the first time through! I recommend keeping notes during discussions to ensure that all details are covered. We were pretty set on our design before we hired Henry, so his work was about 7% of total estimated cost of project, including the structural engineering work.
Description of Work: Extensive remodel project to our 1100 sf 3 bdrm/1 bath house built 1950. Adds + 900 sf. incl. new master bath; new family room; new dining room; new walk-in closets, new pantry & enlarging all existing rooms. Changes entire roof line including ceilings from 8ft to 9ft-15ft w/open beam.
