Henry is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about local building codes. Has done many jobs in Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park & Mountain View. Henry's plans were so well done, we passed the City of Mountain View review & received our building permit with no red lines the first time through! I recommend keeping notes during discussions to ensure that all details are covered. We were pretty set on our design before we hired Henry, so his work was about 7% of total estimated cost of project, including the structural engineering work.
