Finesse Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners

In my place, the carpets were probably due for cleaning anyway, but when a boarder moved out and left a couple of stains, (a hair dye streak!) I called for a couple of estimates and suggestions about what to do. After we talked I felt confident he knew what he was doing as opposed to others I have used in the past. Both companies I got estimates from let me know ahead of time that the dye was probably not going to come out. There was the option of replacing a patch of carpet (which would not quite match due to fading and wear). The guy from Finesse had something he could spray on it to lighten it but warned me that it might leave a light streak. We ended up choosing that option and calling it good. I know where it was so I can find it, but his solution did lighten it up enough to make it all but disappear.

In general he did a great job and I received an education in carpet care. My carpets seemed pretty clean to me before he started, but he was very thorough and was willing to come back should I have spots reappear (which didn't happen). The carpet looked so much better afterwards!

The carpet is old but they made it look good. I did not think the dye or food stain would come off but they made it work. They are both high energy guys who know their business. They know about stuff and know what they are doing and I appreciate that.

My experience with this company was very good. I was happy with the service that they provided. I noticed that the carpets dried very quickly. I have used this company once and I am ready to use them again for carpet cleaning.
