He was very nice and came out and gave me recommendations to save money and helped fix the flow of he water into the system.  Also, told me about why my pipes were leaking and he said to let it continue to slow drip as would not be worth the thousand dollars to fix it.  Very honest man

They fixed everytging I requested an suugested other good ideas. Allwork was prompt and of high quality. Everyone I dealt with was polite, direct and honest. This wss very easy.

Excel Pool & Spa has been servicing our pool for nearly 10 years. We've also used them to repair and replace equipment. We have no complaints about their service, punctuality, pricing, etc. We're continuing to use them and see no need to consider changing to someone else.

Excel was on time, professional & priced right

We recently reinstated service with Excel after a pool remodel. They have serviced our pool for about thirty years and we have always been pleased with their work and their responsiveness when a problem develops. All of their staff has been great.

Technician arrived early and did a good job cleaning our hot tub, which hadn't been used in more than a year. He was friendly and courteous and patiently explained to me how it works (I had never owned one before). He offered to do regular maintenance, but wasn't pushy about it. The only shortfall was that he wasn't able to supply the filter I needed (though he did go back to the shop to look for it). Anna, the office manager, was pleasant and helpful on the phone. I would consider using them for regular maintenance since they were nice to deal with.

I liked that he was forthcoming with information regarding how the system worked in a way that enlightened me. He was very friendly and the pump miraculously started working when he left so I was happy with that. Even though our experience was minimal, I liked working with him and he knew what he was doing.

I am quite pleased with the experience I have had with this company. I've called and used them a few times and the service has always been good. I was very happy with the person who came out to do the work and the price was very reasonable. They arrived quickly and on time.
