 + -1 moreThey were very professional. They had on staff interior decorators that assisted us in our choices. They gave us lots of options and possibilities that we wouldn't have thought of otherwise. The ideas they gave us seemed to blend together really well for our lifestyle. They were able to answer any of the questions that we had. All of the things we purchased were delivered to our house. Overall, their punctuality was good. They used subcontractors to install the wallpaper which took a little coordination. However, the job was done in a reasonable amount of time and looked great.
Description of Work: We purchased furniture, wall paper, drapes, and floor coverings from Ethan Allen of Mountain View.

 + -1 moreWe had been searching high and low for night tables that matched our new bedroom set. We found them at Ethan Allen. We ordered them on a Friday and was promised they'd be delivered within two months. The next Monday they called and told us they had them ready to be delivered. By Wednesday they were in our home! That is the fastest furniture delivery I've ever experienced!
Description of Work: Ordered two night tables from them. We also signed up for the protection plan.
