Encino Landscaping

The guy was okay. The last 5% of the project was like pulling teeth to get the job done. Other than that, he did a great job. It was just those last finishing touches that took a while. I spent like $20000 for their services. It was a very busy outfit. I think he had a good eye. He worked with whatever existing materials I had and I wanted to incorporate them. Overall, he had a good design. He was doing the landscaping and that took a while to finish. I don’t know why it took so long. He worked hard, fast and quickly. He gave me a time frame of four weeks and it ended up being six or seven weeks. He wasn’t trying to drag it out. I believe he had another job that he had to work on. I always asked him as to where he was and when he was getting the job done. It included expectations and managing those expectations. I don’t think he did a great job. It’s just that you need to call him religiously by the end and make sure that he does it. He will follow through and finish it. It’s just that it’s a lot more frustrating than it should be. I don’t know what to compare the price to. He was very responsive in the beginning. His professionalism was pretty good. I recommended him to someone else and he never called them back.

I like them. I think they are very professional. They have been doing a really good job. I don?t have anything negative to say about them. I wish the price could have been cheaper. They are here everyday, but they are a little slower than I would have liked them to be.
