The man was prompt and efficient. He vacuumed the furnace and the vents and replaced the filters, which I had already purchased. I was very satisfied with his work.

They installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my home in October 2010 and they recommended an annual service in 2011. They did a great job. They came out and cleaned the filters. They checked and made sure everything was working. They also checked the condenser. I thought they did quite a bit for $120. There are a couple of Controlled Systems, one is in Sunnyvale and one in Mountain View.

They had to do a lot of work. They were great. They got in and they got it done. They put in the new furnace, they ran the electrical, and they put in the refrigerant lines that run into the house. They got it all done in a day and they cleaned everything up. It was great and I love my new furnace.
