Everything was fine, it was prompt, they e-mailed me a quote within a day or two, he actually undersold me the services, he was timely with the appointments, he was there when he said he's gonna be there, he was not pushy about anything, he got up the roof to do visual inspection and showed me options for roofing, their price is very competitive.

This was the second house for which we used Casto to re-roof. We obtained multiple bids. Casto came back with the best quote and best timing for our project.
The workers were quick and courteous. They cleaned up well outside the house. I found maybe one old roofing nail on the ground after they were all done. Going from wood shake to composite made the inside of the garage very messy. Casto's workers made some attempts to cover up stuff in the garage with tarps. However, there was still fallen sawdust and crud in there after the job.

They were excellent. Their work was very very good and their crew was very clean. If there were any problems, they were willing to take care of them. They provide very good service. What stood out to me most about them was their customer service and the quality of their work. A neighbor of mine just used them so I could say that within the last month, I have had personal knowledge of their work. Their price was also competitive with others.

The job was satisfactory. They came in on time. I do recall that they had to adapt a little bit to the company schedule and they figured out how to get the job done within that limitation. They were flexible when the company didn't want them there at a certain time. They were a cooperative company to work with. They are the cheapest guys in town.

Casto is a small family run roofing company. You work directly with the owner. They've been around a long time. Great customer service and the work was done quickly and they did a thorough clean up after the roof was finished.

Job was completed in a timely fashion is spite of some tenant conflicts and rescheduling. Found Casto to be very professional and willing to go the extra mile when the unexpected arose.

I got three quotes and all three companies had good ratings on Angie’s list and the area consumer check book. I chose them because they gave me the lowest bid. He was very thorough. I liked the way the person from the company came and spoke to me and also liked the bid. I like that fact that they could do the job right away. They also thanked me for doing business with them. There were few communication problems during the process so I rate them A-.

The price was good. They came when they said they were going to come and they completed the work as well as they could, although they had a hang-up with the building inspector.

Service was outstanding from the first visit to the estimate and to the completed job. The workmen cleaned up after themselves, were punctual, and easy to work with. We thought the price was excellent. It included installing new gutters, repairs, and some changes to the roof to prevent future problems.

I own a small apartment building and one of the tenants developed a leak. Someone at Casto met me and proceeded to do the repairs. I was billed and assumed that the leak was repaired, but the tenant called to tell me the leak was much worse. I called the company today and was told that the guy did his best, but the repair was a difficult one, and they might not be able to get out there until Monday. Great. It's pouring, I'm out $185, and no one told me there might be a problem. I know not all leaks can be fixed and sometimes roofs need to be redone, but I would have liked a little more responsiveness. I'm supposed to go away for a birthday weekend, and instead I'm spending the afternoon trying to deal with a larger leak.

They came out right away and fixed the leak. They charged a fair price and did not try to pressure us into anything we did not need. They did a good job and we would use them again.

They had an especially great price and they didn't try to up sell us by telling us we needed things we didn't really need. They were personable, but could have been a bit better on the communication. Their cleanup wasn't the best either. Overall I would use them again.

Outstanding. Very quick and efficient. Virtually no mess left behind. Arrived on time and did a good job quickly. Had a significant number of workers to "get it done". Made a minor error of missing 2 by 4 s with nails. I reported this about 2 pm one day and two people showed up to fix it at 8 am the next morning. They did a good job of fixing the error

Good price, good work and good workers. Very difficult to communicate, took too long to finish the job. Required too much follow-up and reminders on details.

The overall experience was good and they did a great job. I wish I would of heard of them the first time I did my roof. They are all hard workers and take pride in the work they do. I give them an A and I'm a teacher so it's not easy for someone to get good grades with me.
