They NEVER responded to my 2 phone calls, 3 days apart, or to my email.

We bought a house and the house was built in the sixties and the wiring wasn't grounded and there was a lot of work to be done. We had to replace the electrical panel. We had to put in some new outlets. We had to put in fans in the bathrooms. Most of it was routine, it just was a lot. My husband wanted to install cable wiring and Brian helped my husband with that, even though it wasn't itemized and he didn't charge us for it. We have a mailing list at work for various home owner needs and somebody in that mailing list recommended him. Actually four people recommended him. We had to wait for the inspector to come and while we were waiting he helped my husband install leather stripping in the garage. He was super nice. We would unequivocally use him again.

Lamp installation and wiring done quickly, neatly and within estimate. Some good suggestions offered for cable wiring problems.

He arrived on time. He was polite. He worked hard all day long. They returned from lunch exactly when they said they would. They apologized for the mess they made. They communicated with us all day long. There were no surprises at the end, other than we were tickled to death with what he did. He had to get into the attic, and they looked at it like it was nothing. It was such a positive experience. He was very reasonable in pricing as well.
