They stink. It took them over a year to replace a window. They came to look at it, tried to order a new one, and months went by with nothing. They brought the wrong window and they had a lot of excuses. I had to call and call and they had all these excuses like the windows were being shipped or they were lost. When they finally delivered it, we had to paint it ourselves. We had our house redone and they replaced our window on a guarantee. I had to call the owner and tell him the story. It took one whole year to replace a fractured window that was guaranteed.

They were excellent. They listened to what my needs were and offered suggestions. They offered different pricing scenarios that would work with my budget. They kept me informed of my order. They followed through on everything they promised. They were all very friendly and very helpful.

First of all, I am a do-it-yourself person, so they always make time to explain exactly what to do and the right materials. I did a major job on my home and they took me every step of the way, told me exactly what I needed, and their advice was invaluable. I could not have done it without them. They gave me all sorts of options for the windows too. It is like I am the only person in the world for them when I am dealing with them. They do not seem distracted and give undivided attention. It is a dying breed of lumber yard and I am happy to buy my materials from them too.

We were in shock to see that a lumber company could be so diverse as to actually support antique style window panes and systems but this company really knows its stuff. They came right out to my home, looked at the type of crank mechanism it was and told us they would order the part for us. They were very professional and we will definitely use them again.
