Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I scheduled an appointment for the owner to come out and give me a quote. Well, he didn't show up for the appointment. So I called their office and was told that he was not going to make our appointment because someone had called in sick. Sure, I understand making a choice between servicing a paying customer and doing a (free) quote. But there's no excuse for not calling to cancel.
