BOB'S WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE

Bob washes the windows in our two story house - inside and out. Our house is 1936 vintage and most of the windows are the original windows. We have used Bob's services since 2009 and have been pleased. We have a set of French doors which contain 30 panes and many other multi-pane windows. We also have one large leaded glass window in our living room which is fragile and labor intensive to wash. In sum total, we have 25 windows with in excess of 250 individual panes. Bob does a great job on the leaded glass window, as well as on the other windows. We have always been very pleased with Bob's work and would recommend him highly.

There were a couple of windows he couldn't get to but all the windows he did were great.  I would definitely call him again.

Bob said he did all the windows he could get to but he didn't.  I found some dirty ones that we extremely accessible.  Most importantly, he broke something and didn't tell me about it. I wouldn't mind if he broke it and then told me about it.  At the very least he didn't complain when I told him I canceled his check. He was ok with what I did, which was send him a new check with a reduced amount. Overall, because Bob didn't inform me of something he broke, I would not recommend him for window cleaning. He is a nice guy, though.

We were satisfied. We'll have him back again. We've recommended him to others in the neighborhood.

Bob is outstanding.  I can’t say enough positive things about him.  We have a big house with lot of big windows, three patio doors, a sauna and so forth.  Bob was very cautions about not getting any soil on the carpets.  He went from indoors to outdoors and changed shoes each time.  He did an extra job of cleaning window screens.  It took him two hours and he charged us $160.  The last time we had the same service for $600.  So we are very pleased with Bob.  The last guy had to do some acid cleaning because we had some pool stains on our windows.  So it’s not quite the price differential one would expect but I just thought that $160 for this place is really an inexpensive charge.  His work was very well done.  He was here on time.  He wasted no time.  My husband gave him a little bit of conversation and the work was carried on while he was talking.  He did not stop.  He is good.  I would absolutely recommend Bob’s Window Cleaning Service Company.  I would use them again.

He arrrived on time and got to work immediately, cleaniing all outside windows.  He worked fast and efficiently and didn't visit.  I would deffinately recommend him to others.

It went fine overall and met our high expectations.

Bob arrived within the window of time that we had agreed on, provided an estimate, and got to work immediately. The windows look beautiful - a very professional job - and he also cleaned the sills, which I hadn't mentioned. I will definitely use his services again.

I found Bob on Angie's List and everybody was right he is great. I've used him before and as usual he did a great job on a building that has hard to reach windows. He is nice and does a great job. You can't beat his prices. I highly recommend him.

He showed up on time, and walked through the house to give an estimate. The estimate was very reasonably priced. He worked efficiently and cleaned the windows well. Our windows were quite dirty after we had done a construction project, and he got all the dirt off.

Bob has been washing my windows for over 20 years. He's efficient, clean, and professional. We just completed a remodel in one room, and there was construction dust all over as well as stickers and markings on some new sliding doors. Bob was here for over two hours today, and now all my windows sparkle.

Bob arrived on time, did a walk-through with me (as he had not been inside the house before). He then cleaned the windows and the screens, quietly and steadily, until he was done. I found him to be courteous and thorough. The windows sparkled!

He responded to my phone call within a day, and was ready to work the next day. He arrived promptly, counted the windows and gave me an estimate based on the count. He worked steadily for 4-5 hours, and made the windows sparkle. He cleaned what screens he could. He was nice, thorough and available, just what I needed. He brought a tall ladder, so my high second-story windows didn't bother him. I appreciate that both the inside and the outside were done at one time. I think the price was fair. I am still delighted to be able to see the spring blossoms out of clean, clear windows!

Excellent! Very responsive. This was for a rental and the tenant was quite complimentary of Bob and his coworker. Was very pleased with the results.

Bob has been cleaning our windows regularly for about four years now. He is punctual and dependable. If he needs to reschedule because of rain, he will call and accommodate your schedule as best as he can. He responds to all phone messages promptly. He works quickly and neatly and never leaves a mess. He is very respectful and professional. We highly recommend Bob.
