Set up possible early visit for Saturday (if any cancellations) and a second firm time the following week and came on Saturday after sending text message. On Saturday he inspected the antenna and installed anew antenna a bit higher on an extension to existing mast as I requested. He was efficient, polite, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and will call him for any future antenna and other TV reception issues.

Called and spoke to Arden about installing an antenna on the roof of my home in San Francisco. He quoted the same day and we made an appointment a couple days out. He showed up on time and ready to work! We wound up not using all the materials I was quoted so it was cheaper than estimated. Work as professional and quicker than I normally experience. Couldn't imagine using any else from here on out.

Talked with them on the phone about installing an Antenna. We agreed that this would be a marginal install due to the house's location, but they suggested coming out and doing a site survey for $100. So out they came put up a test antenna and it worked better than we both expected, so I went the full install. Took about 3 hours beginning to end. Very cleanly done.

They arrived on time, having asked specific and detailed questions beforehand. They checked my roof, attic, and crawlspace to determine the best methods for connecting the cables, and then installed them quickly and efficiently. They checked the TV service on all 3 TVs when they had finished.
