They did a sterling job. I thought it was on its last legs, and I was getting ready for somebody to have something kind of second hand that worked, but wasn't the best, but when I got it back, it was in such a good condition, I almost didn't want to give it away, but by then we had bought something else. They did a very good job, and it was perfect. They did a tune up and repaired and replaced some hoses, belts and things like that, so it was like a full on service. They pulled out any dirt that ended up in the motor. They were fairly expensive, but it was a fairly expensive vacuum which was worth $350 or $450. I had not done anything with it before the time that it started to look like it was falling out, so we were going to give it to somebody who needed it, and they gave back the vacuum in almost new condition when they had finished the repairs. It looked like brand new and had incredible suction, and the motor worked like a dream, so everything was just perfect. When I get the stuff in there and consult with them, they will tell me about the estimate about things, and they ask about the machine and they really know their stuff. They really understand the models, and they understand the value, so they try to advise us based on that. They did an exceptional job. I would rate them highly for their courtesy, promptness, price and the actual quality of their service. I would go to them for their tune-up service anyway just to keep the vacuum in good condition.
