The people were very thorough and gave an honest estimate. They delivered what was agreed upon and was frank with what really needed repair and what items could wait for repair. They repaired the car in the promised time and everything was fixed perfectly.

The smog check took less than 30 minutes. I went without an appointment.

They are always accommodating.
If I need the car right away, sometimes John will go ahead and try and do the work while I wait.
And the work is always done right.
Sometimes, Kathy evens gives me a ride to my house if they can't do it that day.

I take it in once a year and they do what they needs to be done. It is a 10 year old Audi and they keep it in perfect condition. The mechanic and his wife run the shop. You talk to the mechanic and the wife will take you and pick you up when the car is done. It is a small shop and they are very courteous and conscience of what you want and think. They are just excellent.

I have been using A1 auto for over 20 years. Its a family run business and I find them to be honest and fair with their pricing. Easy to communicate with and I have been extremely happy with all of the work done on my cars over the years.

My husband likes them and thinks they are honest. We were given a 25-year-old Jaguar that had been in storage and my husband looked all over for a Jaguar dealer but nobody wanted to have anything to do with it. However this person was more than happy to look at it and gave us an upfront estimated price that he stuck with. I used the car for about two weeks and then something else went out so we took it back to him; he told us over the phone how much it would cost. We took it in yesterday and will pick it up today. So far he has done a good job and my husband trusts him. I will use them again in the future.

They are very capable. Their prices are reasonable compared to others ion the area. They are prompt and very courteous.
